Jakob is the Global Product Lead for two digital products at Volkswagen Financial Services. In his current role he is responsible for two pillars of the VW digital ecosystem, the digital Identity & eSignature. He develops it with a cross functional agile team and the products are currently implemented in variety of digital application in Europe and globally. In the development and implementation, the link to vehicles and the production is crucial for a well-rounded customer experience.

In his 5 years in the industry, he worked on variety of digital transformation projects, mainly on digital ecosystems.
